By accessing or using the Cyphalet platform at app.cyphalet.xyz, or by creating a Cyphalet account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cyphalet. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Each individual may hold only one Cyphalet account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, fees, or restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
You may fund your NGN wallet by transferring from a Nigerian bank account using the account details provided in the app. Cyphalet is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or third-party payment processors.
Once a conversion or transfer is confirmed and processed, it is generally irreversible. Please review all transaction details carefully before confirming. Cyphalet is not liable for errors made by users when initiating transactions.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply to deposits, conversions, and transfers. These limits are displayed in the app and may be adjusted by Cyphalet at any time, including for regulatory compliance purposes.
If a transaction fails after funds have been debited, the amount will be returned to your Cyphalet wallet within a reasonable timeframe. Contact our support team if a failed transaction is not resolved within 48 hours.
⚠️ Always verify recipient account details before sending. Cyphalet cannot reverse completed transfers sent to incorrect accounts.
Cyphalet may charge fees for certain transactions, including but not limited to currency conversions and cross-border transfers. All applicable fees are:
There are no hidden fees. Creating and maintaining a Cyphalet account is free. You will never be charged a fee that was not disclosed to you before the transaction was confirmed.

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and referral to relevant authorities.
As a financial services platform, Cyphalet is required to comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend your account if you fail to complete required verification steps or if we have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyphalet shall not be liable for:
Our liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount of the transaction directly involved in the dispute.
You may close your Cyphalet account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance to your linked bank account. We are not responsible for balances left unclaimed after account closure.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulation.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform immediately ceases. Where lawful, we will return any available balance to your verified bank account after deducting any outstanding fees.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes not resolved through our support process may be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts as required by applicable law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law.
Your continued use of Cyphalet after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
